Bloom Early Learning Center was created from a genuine love for children, families and the importance of the early years. As a mother with a background in childcare and education, founder Alexis Taylor understands that choosing childcare is about so much more than finding a place for your child to spend the day. Families deserve to feel confident that their child is known, cared for and supported.
